By accessing and playing on SupaSMP Minecraft server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Conduct

• Follow all server rules and guidelines
• Respect other players and staff members
• Not engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting
• Not use offensive language or harassment
• Not advertise other servers without permission

3. Privacy Policy

We collect and store the following information:

• Minecraft username and UUID
• IP address for security purposes
• In-game statistics and progress
• Chat messages for moderation
• Discord information if you link your account

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Data is collected solely for server operation, security, and improvement of services.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing delivery of purchased items
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake
• Server closure (prorated refunds may be offered)

Virtual items and ranks have no real-world value and cannot be transferred or resold.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom content on SupaSMP, including builds, plugins, and configurations, are the property of SupaSMP. Players retain ownership of their own creations but grant us the right to display them on the server.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any other games or platforms unless explicitly stated. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

SupaSMP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SupaSMP and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, game progress, or purchases.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Major changes will be announced on our Discord server.
